1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Jasmin Slots and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, the bonus policy, the privacy policy and the responsible gaming policy. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account & Registration

• An account is personal - it is for the sole use of the registered individual who must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address or payment method.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses is prohibited and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances.
• KYC verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Min. deposit: €20. Max. deposit: €5,000. No fees from Jasmin Slots; external network fees may apply to crypto transactions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Inactive accounts (12+ months without login) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.

4. Bonuses

• Only one active bonus is permitted per account at a time.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Abuse may result in removal of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount within 7 days of credit.
• Maximum bet with an active bonus: €5.
• Maximum winnings from cashback: 5x the initial cashback amount received.

5. Restricted Regions

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Champions Leader S.R.L. is not liable for losses arising from the use of the services except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Services are provided on an as-is basis. Players participate at their own risk.
